BRIAN KIERNAN

Brian Kiernan is a United States Marine Corps veteran, has been a Willow Glen resident for more than 25 years and is a successful Real Estate Broker serving Silicon Valley.

My  involvement in hockey began when my bonus son entered middle school. All parents struggle with those early teen years and the added stresses of blending a family was politely interrupted by those Sharks games. As James entered Willow Glen High School and became involved in the roller hockey league at the Silver Creek Sportsplex, we all found our place in home and community.

As a long time season ticket holder, Sharks and Barracuda hockey continue to serve as perfect dates with his wife Yvonne.

Brian Kiernan has always been active in community outreach:

• – Semi-annual Blood Drives that he personally sponsors with Stanford
• – Thanksgiving One Warm Coat drives for the under privileged in San Jose
• – Christmas Toys for Tots drives with the Marine Corps Reserves

Brian was invited to the Foundation second annual luncheon in 2013 and immediately connected to its cause. The following year he became a Foundation Board member and has been the Presenting Sponsor, Gold Sponsor and Silver Sponsor of past luncheons.

Brian continues providing time and assistance to the organization to help advance the mission of the Foundation. He believes the best is yet to come.
